Is there a way to use search for OT quotations in the NT? I have tried the search field "ot-quote:", so far it hasn't worked for me.
You have to be searching in a Bible tagged with OT quotes. My favorite, the ESV, isn't tagged for it, but the NA27 is. You can find out how different resources are tagged by opening the resource and clicking on the Information window.
Which base package do you have? Check your library for this. I have also found "commentary on the New Testament Use of the Old Testament" to be an outstanding resource.

It should appear when you do a Passage Guide - so you could create a custom passage guide that includes just that section if you like...
