As suggested by Ben, here's a dedicated thread for errors detected on Logos.com product pages.
Here's one to start us off: a cloned publisher:

The following three product pages refer to Logos 7 and should not:

https://www.logos.com/product/1839/gongdongbeonyeogseongseo-gaejeongpan
https://www.logos.com/product/45488/english-audio-pronunciations-dataset
There are also a number of training product pages that need to be updated.
https://www.logos.com/product/176793/semeia-27-law-as-literature should have Jacob Neusner as author.
All of the individual product pages for products contained in https://www.logos.com/product/51513/jacob-neusner-jewish-studies-bundle need to be tagged as Jewish.
errors detected on Logos.com product pages
See this thread today: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/181898.aspx - the product page for the "Doctors of the Church" bundle misses the first 8 of the 36 doctors.
FROM HERE ON IN, ALL REPORTS ARE FROM THE 'NEW' LOGOS.COM.
(Most unresolved reports about the old site, especially misclassifications and missing classification by faith tradition, remain valid.)
https://www.logos.com/product/166684/fathers-of-the-church-series - the final nine volumes listed in "Resources Included" are given under "Other": they should be under "Church Fathers and Patristic Period" like the rest of the collection.
https://www.logos.com/product/187022/teologia-puritana - Wayne Grudem should not be listed as the author of this work. This systematic theology was written by Joel R. Beeke and Mark Jones as can be seen on the cover image.
https://www.logos.com/product/15707/post-reformation-catholic-thought-and-piety presently shows On the Admirability of the Virgin Theotokos from the Words of the Vision: ‘A great sign appeared’ as an unowned Resource[] Included, but I already have it.
Over 1800 PDPs with a particular problem discussed here.
The PDP now wrongly lists only Beeke, not Jones, and oddly does so with CAPS LOCK enabled.
https://www.logos.com/product/168032/the-beauty-of-holiness-re-reading-isaiah-in-the-light-of-the-psalms should be tagged as Catholic.
https://www.logos.com/product/49371/the-pentateuch-an-introduction-to-the-first-five-books-of-the-bible should NOT be tagged as Evangelicals, but instead as Catholic.

This PDP has now been fixed, but the relevant FL employee apparently forgot to post in this thread to let us know.
This PDP has now been fixed
be glad! The wrong Esperanto language tagging and the missing 8 Fathers of the Church on PDPs reported in June still await fixing.

I think it's still true that most of the PDP problems reported in this thread still await fixing.
This has now been fixed, thanks!
This has now been fixed. Thank you, silent FL elves!

Fixed.
Seems a number of (but not all of) at least the more recent items in thread have been silently fixed. This is a good start!
https://www.logos.com/product/28562/real-faith-whats-at-the-heart-of-the-gospel should not be tagged as Esperanto.
but thanks the Logos-elves fixed the other wrong ones and are probably still working on it (as I saw more wrong Esperanto language PDPs earlier today), so this may get fixed in the current clean-up, too.

Indeed, all resources mistakenly tagged as Esperanto have now been fixed. [:)]

Hi NB.Mick,
I've fixed the Esperanto language issue and have sent your inquiry about the missing 8 Doctors of the Church from the relevant collection over to Craig for review.
Thanks!
Thanks a lot! They are all good now.
This is now fixed.
SineNomine,
Is this still an issue for you?
We're working on a mass update to these resources.

These are now fixed.
These training resources are particular to Logos 7 and Logos 6, so changing their names would not be an accurate reflection of their content. These are also Morris Proctor resources, and he creates new resources for each subsequent release.

Yes, it is, unfortunately.
Thank you for dealing with other issues brought up in this thread and for posting about them. [:)]
Huh, interesting. I'll forward this over to another department and see if they can look into it.
Thank you for dealing with other issues brought up in this thread and for posting about them.
No problem! My team and I are going to do a better job of monitoring this forum in 2020, so keep the reports coming!
The last endorsement on https://www.logos.com/product/42133/the-geography-of-hell-in-the-teaching-of-jesus is from... no one?
A recent problem with PDPs for Pre-Pubs has been reported here.
https://www.logos.com/product/45335/how-to-see-the-holy-spirit-angels-and-demons should be tagged as Evangelical; the author is one.
It looks like this has been fixed.
https://www.logos.com/product/188643/the-nature-of-doctrine-25th-anniversary-edition-religion-and-theology-in-a-postliberal-age - clicking on the author's name presently leads to a search with no results.
The same happens here: https://www.logos.com/product/120070/robert-bellarmine-spiritual-writings :
This obviously is a bug, since I came from the author's name, and it is even recognized in the search auto-complete tips:
Of course it would have been much more helpful to register this book (maybe additionally) under the better known angliziced author name Bellarmine which is used for his other editions in Logos, where the book linked above consequently is not shown - a little bit like the unsolved Irving (L.) Jensen case way up in this thread.
https://www.logos.com/product/188936/glaphyra-on-the-pentateuch is correctly tagged as Catholic. It should also be tagged as Orthodox.

Hi all, this is a bug we are looking into. I'll update when we have a fix.
https://www.logos.com/product/188936/glaphyra-on-the-pentateuch is correctly tagged as Catholic. It should also be tagged as Orthodox. This is now fixed.
Thank you! That was very quick!
Could I ask you to fix 82 more product pages in precisely the same way and for the exact same reason?
See https://www.logos.com/search?limit=60&page=1&ownership=all&filters=seriessets-fathersofthechurch_Series%20%2F%20Sets. All of these, except the one Hildegard of Bingen text and the combined St. Albert the Great/Peter the Venerable PDP should be tagged as Orthodox (without losing their Catholic tagging), and only two of them are--the Greek Fathers collection and the one you just fixed.
Also, given that the aforementioned exceptions ARE listed as members of the series "Fathers of the Church", https://www.logos.com/product/162653/on-the-body-and-blood-of-the-lord-and-on-the-truth-of-the-body-and-blood-of-christ-in-the-eucharist, https://www.logos.com/product/163428/peter-damian-letters-31-60, and https://www.logos.com/product/43459/the-fathers-of-the-church-mediaeval-continuation presumably should be as well, unless you want to put all of them in a new-to-website "Fathers of the Church: Mediaeval Continuation" series.
I'm pretty sure "[multiple paragraphs of copy at the top]" doesn't belong on https://www.logos.com/product/189124/sacred-story-institute-ignatian-spirituality-collection
Looking into the Reformation Commentary on Scripture (see https://www.logos.com/search?query=title%3A%22reformation%20commentary%22&sortBy=Relevance&limit=60&page=1&ownership=all ) I found that 14 of the 18 hits carry the abbreviation "REC" in their title - which is wrong, since this is the short name for another series, the "Reformed Expository Commentary". Thus a search for title:"REC" mixes up the two series: https://www.logos.com/search?query=title%3A%22REC%22&sortBy=Relevance&limit=60&page=1&ownership=all
I think two of the legit hits from the first search carry the full name plus the short "RCS" in their title, two others only the full name, which is inconsistent. I propose all of them should have the long and the short title.
Additionally https://www.logos.com/product/175040/doing-theology-with-the-reformers should have (RCS) in its title since it is part of the series (the preface says so and logos.com has it in the series facet, see https://www.logos.com/search?limit=60&page=1&ownership=all&filters=seriessets-reformationcommentaryonscripturercs_Series%20%2F%20Sets&sortBy=PriceLow which seems to be tagged okay)

We will work on that this week.
