Free Book Code for January
Hi,
The code 2020FREEBOOKJAN does not work for me even though I have a current subscription and selected books from the correct list. I do get a tick on the right hand side of the coupon box, but nothing happens to the price. Does anybody else have issues?

I did get 2 books free, but was always charged for the third, no matter which resource on the order in which they were added.

Not working yet here, even on one book. Curious why would the code works for some, but not others. Appears the system regards certain of the Faithlife e-book Classics list (per Faithlife Connect list or Logos.com Search > Resource Type) as no longer eligible on the backend.

Last month I grabbed Hastings Greater Men and Women volumes 4-6 just fine with the code. This month the code isn’t allowing me to grab volumes 1-3.

For me it's two Horae Homiletica and one other resource - I definitely picked them via the connect portal from the Faithlife Ebooks Classics resource type in the store. The code is accepted but not reducing the price of the books as it should.
(of course you can disregard the free eBook in your diagnosis)
