In testing the Text Comparison tool, I noted that when I requested 3 versions of Jubilees only two appear in the comparison. Yes, I do have "show base text" checked.

I am able to duplicate these results.
As far as I can see, one of the selected books, Old Testament Pseudepigrapha: More Noncanonical Scriptures, vol. 1, does not include a translation of the Book of Jubilees, although it does refer to it quite a few times.
This would explain why it does not display in Text Comparison for this passage.
