Anyone can help me fix this problem...There's a couple of resources I need to have in my Library. Got this message "This Resource is Not Currently Available On This Device", but clicking 'Download Now' box, has no response. How to fix this?

1. How long are you giving it to download? There may be no clear indication that it is downloading.
2. What time frame do you have your preferences set to for download?
A1: There is no indication that it is downloading after Clicking 'Download Now' box.
A2: None. (see snapshot)
Okay, go to the library panel and select one of the books. Turn on the information panel, and download from there. Here I know you should see it turn to "downloading".
