It may be helpful for you to clearly explain your issue in Spanish.
If your purchase is within 30 days you may return it for a full refund and then after that purchase the book in Spanish format if it exists. I suggest you call Customer Service and explain your issue there.
Are you talking about just the user interface or the text of books?
I believe there is a way to set the language of the UI to Spanish for the mobile apps, as there is with the desktop Logos, but someone who knows more should respond.
