note tags

I made a note and went to make a tag and there was no menu to do so. I have made tags in the past and at the bottom of the note there was a place to make them. it seems to have disappeared!

Has anyone else seen this; I am running 8.12 on a laptop.

A couple of things, is this ongoing? Have you tried restarting Logos, restarting your computer? Close and open the notes tool?

Can you give a screenshot?

My computer skills are limited so a screen shot is well you know. However I did restart Logos, no change. I closed notes and reopened; no change.

The notes tool seems to deleted the tag option. it usually appears at the bottom of the note field but it is not there. The facet menu has a Tags option and previous tags I have made are there and work as usual.

found the problem. I had my computer screen set for a floating window. the double frames by close program "X". that was my problem.
