Causes can't be determined as yet.
If problems persist then submit logs.

But I still need some help with checking through these logs and finding what to do with the indexing issue.

The bible Index is corrupt. Stop the Indexer in Task Manager if necessary, and quit Logos.
Delete the folder I:\Logos\Data\tt13govq.pwo\BibleIndex and restart Logos.
Upload logs again if there is still a problem.
We are clearly getting further - now the indexer says it is at 99% - and has stayed there for quite some time.

This Indexer log starts at the same time as the previous one, but goes further with the same problem. And the two Logos logs are the same.
It looks like you did not stop the Indexer and quit Logos.
A simpler way is to restart your computer, delete the folder I:\Logos\Data\tt13govq.pwo\BibleIndex and restart Logos.
Same result
This time I clear the logs folder as well.
I hope this one helps more

OK. The Bible Index is fine and the Library Index is now the problem.
Delete the folder I:\Logos\Data\tt13govq.pwo\LibraryIndex and restart Logos.
The bible Index is corrupt.
Do you mean the Library Index, Dave?

The first set of logs showed the Bible Index to be corrupt, whilst the latest logs show it is fixed, but now the Library Index needs attention!
Yes, copy/paste issue! The rest of the message is correct.
We are getting there.
We seem to have finished indexing.
But the library display and search still seems uncharacteristically slow and I have the "Updating library catalog. List may be incomplete." message. And it doesn't appear to be going away,
Any ideas?
We seemed to have gone round a loop and something is again causing the indexing problems.
Is there not something earlier that is a first cause?
Any help appreciated

Kevin, is I:\ a local drive or a drive connected to your computer over a network or USB cable?
Local SSD
Your log indicates the Library Catalog Index is corrupted (quite different to resource Indexing which you would see in the Notification Bar).
Delete all files in I:\Logos\Data\tt13govq.pwo\LibraryCatalog, except catalog.db and restart Logos.
Kevin, my instance was stuck on 8.9 recently, and after trying several things I called Tech support, and after the rep looked at my computer, determined that it was a folder permissions error. And that perhaps a recent Windows update had changed something. So the issue may be that the installer is trying to write to a particular folder but can't, and that is why you are still on 8.10.
Not sure if this is your issue, but I was experiencing the same problem you are.
Hi Dave
That has done it - thank you so much for you help and patience. I trust all things are okay with you and yours. Amazing times!
Is this kind of thing documented anywhere - i.e. how to troubleshoot Logos from first principles.
And thanks for your suggestion David P. Moore - it turned out to be as Dave described.

Thank you. The Lord has given us peace and blessings during this crazy period.
Windows Troubleshooting wiki is a good place to start, but it wouldn't have provided information for your Library Catalog indexing problem beyond suggesting that you report it in the forums with logs! You will (eventually) find an official fix for resource Indexer issues, but it uses the rebuild index command, which usually fails (it is fine for optimizing a working index).
Please note that Windows 7 SP1 is no longer used by Faithlife when testing Logos, so could experience issues from Logos 8.12 onward. Major software issues will be fixed (so it can run), but it will not be supported after end-2020. You can still address issues in the forums, though it might (eventually) be suggested you move to a 64-bit Windows 10 system.
