Adding additional content
New to Logos 8. I have Logos 8 Basic and have searched help, but can't find what I wanted to know. Is it possible to purchase extra content, say a another Bible translation and add it to the program, I would like to purchase a NAS Bible and add it, but I don't know if that is possible. Thanks for the help.

yes. The strength of Logos is as a digital search library. Logos sells over 35,000 books on the Logos.com website. You can certainly pick up the NASB. NOTE: there are several versions. Feel free to ask more questions.

Also note: Books are often "cheaper" (per volume) by purchasing them in bundles or packages. The NASB will be offered in many packages, which may or may not be of interest to you. Examine the product page carefully to see the "also included in" links.

As an aside, you might also want to check with a Logos salesperson, to find out about any new customer discounts or promotions.

They should download automatically, or you will receive a notifcation. Check these parameters in the Tools menu > Program Settings:
- Show the Notification Bar = Yes (No means you only get a numbered blue circle at top right of the Logos window. You might prefer this.)
- Use Internet = Yes
- Automatically Start Downloads = Yes (No means you first get a notification. You might prefer this, as you start the download when you are ready)
- Download New Resources = Yes
