Visual error of the Highlighter tool

I encountered an error today, that is not very pleasing for the eye, to say the least, and I was wondering if there is anyone who might know a solution.

I made an annotation with the 'Yellow Highlighter', and first it showed up properly, but after changing the font and the size of the font, it got bugged a little.

It also does no seem to go away by removing the highlighter and reapplying it, or closing the resource and reopening it, or closing the whole app and reopening it.

I am using Logos 8 on a 2017 Macbook pro with the latest os.

It seems to be happening only in this resource, and only with the 'Yellow Highlighter'. If I make more highlights with the 'Yellow Highlighter' it looks as buggy as this, but not in other resources of mine. Also, if I make the annotation with anything else, it seems to be ok (although I only tried 10 or so other tools.)

Also it goes away if I go with smaller font-size. The glitch only shows up from the sixt largest size and onward till the largest.

I would still love to solve the problem, since the 'Yellow Highlighter' is one of the basic ones, that I use daily, so your help would be greatly appreciated.
