Got 48 hits when I switched to verses
Verses are not the same and what is the difference in the count?
Pericopes are groups of verses that make up a single unit of study. The verse count should always equal or exceed that of pericopes.

Verses are not the same
The Help web page states "Choosing to filter by verse applies the filter to individual verses and filtering by pericope applies the filter to larger sections. This means that the number of results for filtered terms will change depending on your selection."
Apart from the hit count, I can't account for the different selections!
