Confused - more resources on same account on mobile

I'm Confused.

I have way more resources ( for free I admit ) on my mobile phone and tablet than on my pc using the same account.

I have an extra bible translation and all sorts literally another 50+ books available on my mobile devices than on the pc and that includes the downloaded version of logos8 and the online version available using my pc.

Why the difference?

If I choose to purchase anything I want to be confident its going to show up on my pc at the very least... but I'd expect access on all devices. It's a fantastic piece of software though and any help would be gratefully received

Hi Dan - and welcome to the forums

I appreciate it can be confusing but everything is working properly!

With the mobile apps, Faithlife make available a number of resources for free - we can read these resources but can't download them. They are not available in the same way in the desktop apps.

Anything you purchase will show up on your pc and most things (there are a few resources not available on mobile) will also show up on your mobile device.

Indeed, Faithlife provides access to approximately 50 resources on mobile apps - this is intended to give users a feel for the functionality and how the software works, especially since Logos is a more complex and feature-rich environment if compared with other products. It seems that Faithlife could get some publishers to provide the respective licenses for this free offer, however, if you want to use those resources on the desktop, you need to buy them.
