It depends upon your mouse. If it has two buttons, you right click!
I am currently on my macBook, which does not have physical buttons for the trackpad. In my case I "control click" (press control, then click). Does that help?
In addition to what JT mentioned, you can go into Settings -> Trackpad, and change Secondary Click to a different option (such as two finger click) which doesn't require you to use both hands.
Thanks, guys... I found the setting in Apple...system preferences... turned on the double click feature for the mouse. Grateful!
