Books that I purchase don't seem to get to my library. My search does not bring them up. What am I doing wrong?

For clarification: is this on a desktop computer? What specific version of the app? What platform? Did you choose to download all books or did you choose the skinny installation?

Do you mean you can't see them in your library or they don't appear in Search results when you would expect them to?
