BUG - menu red target circles drawn over other programs
Not sure how you describe this but. If I select one of the guides and then switch to another program while the guide is opening, the menu stays visible. See here on top of Chrome browser:
If I open a book or launch a key link and switch to another program. The flashing red circles draw over the top of that other program:

This should be fixed in Beta 2.

The flashing circles have disappeared. Well done (except that I'd got so used to them, I now miss the visual prompt to tell me that Logos had finished working away in the background)
The first problem above - that of the menus remaining drawn over other programs still persists.

Along the same lines, if I right click on a word and bring up the context menu, then Alt-Tab to another program, the menu is still visible on top of the other program.
