no authorization to view video

I recently purchased a video "Unseen Realm" on Blu-Ray + Digital. When I call up my library to find the digital copy, it shows that I do indeed own the copy but when I click to view it, it lets me know that I don't have a license to view it.

I never received the Blu-ray either but it's only been a week and I know the mail can be slow so I c an wait on that.
