Website Login still broken

Hi.

I am trying to find the forum about logos.com ... the website ... (not church platform) .. but cannot see for looking! I apologise if I am in the wrong place again.

For the last few weeks I have been unable to log in to logos website to make purchases, see my account etc.etc. I can, however, log into the forums (obviously!).

It s not a password issue ... my browser deals with that. It is almost as if logos has introduced another layer of security that is broken.

After I enter my name and password, I click on the blue 'Sign in' button. The button then changes to 'please wait...' ... ad tat is it .. no further progress!

I have tried emailing sales ... but they have not replied. I cannot use the phone to call 'someone'.

Suggestions are welcome.

Well, logically, it can't be the site being blocked. I block all google-incoming unless structural. Which means my browser can never find google ... I keep forgetting.

But more serious, the auth.logos. com isn't the the best kid on the block. Years later (plural, I think), it still doesn't reliably move between 'sites' (you'd think Logos. com and community.logos.com are the same. I can log into one, go to the other, and it's already forgotten me. I'd like to think, it's somewhere in rejected cookies.
