My Search has only Basic, Bible, and Morph as choices. I am missing Syntax, Clause, and Images

I have platinum and all the Logos 8 Features. My Logos bible Software is 8.16.0.0002.

Technical support escalated my issue and they said I had to come to the forums for my answer.

WHAT?

I'm here and I am baffled how asking in a forum can create three new menus magically on my software.

Help!?!?

I know you've already gotten this sorted out, but in answer to your question, some of the folks on here (not me) know incredibly large amounts about the inner workings of the software, and--despite being users, not Faithlife employees--are very helpful. Some of the folks on here have been experts on the software for over a decade. Also, some very helpful FL employees do spend some time on the forums and will chip in every now and again.
