How do I permanently set the highlights in a particular book to go to a particular notebook?

I highlight my books a lot. I have a Piper Highlights notebook where I would like all of my highlights in Piper's books to go. How do I do that? Right now it seems the highlights end up in "no set notebook" or whatever notebook might be open. Thank you for your help!
