I've just downloaded the Perseus Library. Is there a way to search a Greek lemma across all books contained in this library?

Yes, if you restrict the search to an ad-hoc collection of Perseus works.
Lemma search is done via morph-search:
There is also the option to switch to the Perseus website search

this is a good button, but it only leads to the Greek Word Study Tool of the website (with LSJ and other Dictionaries) and not to a leamm search, right?

It should search cloud-based resources as well - and return results in a separate section of the Search panel

I only find one result in Perseus for that word.
Have you tried a more common word such as λόγος as suggested by Mick. If so, what results do you get from that?

I have no hit for this lemma - where is the potential result (there could be a mis-tagged or not tagged resource)

If you're lazy like me, and Logos isn't your primary Bible software, I find the section "Textual Searches" in Bible Word Studies to be really good. You didn't ask, but for info, it includes (greek) searches (and occurance counts) for:
- LXX
- New Testament (of course)
- Apostolic Fathers
- NT Apocrypha (true!)
- Pseudepigrapha
- Josephus
- Philo
- Greek Classics (Perseus)
The result should be Lucian, Verae Historiae 1,22. And once it worked, but I cannot reproduce it. So I wonder if there is anything wrong with it. I find a lot of results with common words but I have to verify if it functions properly and that is easier to show with rarely used words
