Hi Carl - sorry to hear you are having these problems

There can be a range of reasons for this and diagnostic logs can help pin it down.

As that article advises please:

close Logos
enable diagnostic logging - https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132
start Logos
wait until the sync error has occurred
close Logos
upload the logos.log file to this thread using the paperclip icon in the forum editor
