Help: I can't "copy" Thematic Outlines

The "copy" feature on the Thematic Outlines on the Sermon Starter Guide is not working.

It's working fine for me - I've just successfully copied an outline to Proclaim.

Just checking - you are clicking the Copy that appears to the right of the outline, not the one at the top of the section?

It works provided you have opened a  theme i.e.

1. select your destination (Word, Proclaim, Powerpoint)
2. Hover on the headword of an open theme/topic and click COPY.

Can you provide a screenshot (upload using the paperclip icon) showing exactly what you are doing?

Are you getting an error message at all? Or is just nothing happening?

It looks like you're on macOS. Make sure Logos has access to every option available  in in the macOS Security & Privacy section of System Preferences.

On my machine I have Logos checked in the following categories:

• Calendars (so Logos can send Reading plans to Calendar)
• Accessibility
• Automation (and I have every option checked for the other apps under the Logos category you'll see on the left)

To make changes you may need to click the padlock button (bottom-left corner) and sign in.

I am now having this problem the feature was working up until last week. The tab opens and a title is created but nothing populates.
