When I open a course and see the suggested resources it says they are all locked even though I own about 90% of the titles on the list.
Did you open it through the courses tool? I could not find this page when I open the course textbook from the library, but when I opened it from the Courses Tool, I see the following and it shows I own most of the resources. Try opening it through the courses tool and see if it changes.
I can confirm mine are still locked in the course tool ... it may take time for them to get set properly? I'll check in the morning.

Ok this morning they appear correctly. Perhaps MJ was right and the system was just behind. MJ are yours displaying correctly as well?
I am so glad. I was trying to see if I could replicate it to help you out. I was actually surprised I had that course in my library. I had forgotten about it. I have a bunch of courses I haven't taken yet. I've added it to my list behind a couple of other studies I am currently working on.
