I am having trouble reinstalling Logos app on my Kindle. I have upgraded to L9 (basic upgrade)

It is my understanding that the app has been submitted to Amazon but has not yet been approved.

It has been approved. Rebooting the Fire in question may help it become available. Please note that you need to have a Fire running an OS derived from Android 7.0 or newer in order for the app to update.
