Crash when opening Theology or Counseling Guides

I've attempted a fresh install, disk / permissions repair, maintenance scripts, etc.

I believe this may be because these are part of a feature set I don't own. However, the boxes are not greyed out and clicking them causes a crash.

I also had this experience and reported this issue to tech support. Here is the reply:

"Thank you for the latest log. I'm sorry but I didn't catch you didn't own the required license for the Counseling Guide to work. There's a case about situations like your own already, so it should eventually be fixed. For now I would avoid attempting to open the Counseling Guide".

PS: I did not have this problem on my Win10 system.
