Just bought Apple TV purely for Faithlife TV and SermonAudio,
I downloaded the Faithlife app, and every video I try to play it just gives an error message.
Have deleted and reinstalled several times but no luck.
Any ideas?

Likely a silly question on my part, nl, but have you signed in on the app, using your Logos/Faithlife username and password?
Hey nl, Sorry this is happening. A couple of pieces of information might help us track this down. Do you know what version of AppleTV hardware you are using? Can you provided the error message you are seeing?

I’m having this same issue. Nothing works. i can provide the details you want.
We just signed up for plus and are able to watch videos on the iOS app, but no video free or plus will load. It shows the loading indicator on every video. We tried deleting the app and re-downloading, but nothing has resolved the issue. AppleTV - A2169, tvOS 16.0
I just did some testing on my Apple TV, A2169 and tvOS 16.0 also - had no problems. I watched Faithlife TV, 2 Mobile Ed courses I own, and some of the free videos. All were fine. So something specific must be causing it vs. a generic issue across all devices. Happy to keep trying things to isolate the issue if needed!
