Resource unable to download ... how te remove from Library

Good day, everyone.

I need to remove a book from my Logos library ... but, it is not listed there.

I also have the Faithlife Study Bible on my phone & tablet. Every time I open it, I get this message:

Resource download. Unable to download "Die Boodskap" (It is the Afrikaans version of The Message).

I want to remove it so that I don't get this error message every time I use Faithlife Study Bible or Logos. This book is not even listed in my Logos library.

Please advise on what I need to do to remove it. I think it is not available for download anymore.

Sorry that you are having this problem, Deon.

If you have not already done so, please send us your logs, from both your phone and your tablet. We can then look into this further.

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press "Report a Problem"
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press "Send" to send your report.
