UI-BUG: Shopping cart page seemingly empty

Please see those screenshots:

When buying a resource from the shop, the cart page - where the order content should be displayed - seems empty:

this is not entirely true, in fact it seems that the order summary has been programmed to start at the line after the recommendations instead (as it used to be) in parallel to those: 

I'm using Google Chrome on Win 10. Please fix this!
