Hi Graham! Yes, everything else is working OK. In fact since posting the issue I discovered something else about it. The machine is the Surface Pro 7. I was using it in tablet form - i.e. with the keyboard detached and using touch-screen mode. When I connected the mouse the homepage scrolled OK. When I disconnected the mouse it wouldn't scroll again. So it's only in touch-screen mode it won't scroll. I can live with that!

That makes sense - it is a feature that has been requested for some time as per https://community.logos.com/forums/t/173860.aspx

Hello! For me I'm using Logos 9 with an HP Envy x360 2-in-1(2020) with an intel graphics driver. I have tried everything: updated the driver several times (both through windows and through the intel website), uninstalled and reinstalled Logos several times, but still no change in the issue: I cannot scroll the home screen, all I get is either a blank screen or a frozen screen, and when I search something in the Factbook all I get is a blank screen too. My previous device was a Microsoft surface and I didn't have any issues with this, so I'm not sure if this is a tablet mode issue in my case.
