As far as I can tell, this only occurs in Factbook. Any suggestions as to how to get the scroll bar on the right side of Factbook?
Using the last release (9.1) on macOS, I have a scrollbar.
I should add: Some applications have disappearing scrollbars. Only the active pane shows the scrollbar, and sometimes it will disappear when not being interacted with. Have you experimented at all?
this is a me-too post...
Yes. I thought maybe it was due to it not being the active window, but that wasn't it.
Then I thought perhaps it was a Windows setting, but I have made sure that the scroll bar is "not hidden" and I get the same result in Factbook.
I thought perhaps it was just on the right side on my Logos layout that this was an issue, but when I opened Factbook on the left side, I had the same problem.
Plus I have opened windows for other resources, and after trying about 10 different resources or tools, all worked with the scroll bar visible, except for Factbook.
I'm using the Windows software, not the Mac.
Thanks for the clarification, I figured so. When troubleshooting, it is important to make sure to provide relevant details. Mike is also on Mac, and he too has the scroll bar. We will need Windows users to chime in to see what they report. This may be a Windows only bug.
Charlene,
If you expand some of the sections does it show up? If there is nothing to scroll on it won't show up.

I had expanded, and there are some sections with a lot of detail below and there still is no visible scroll bar. In fact, I clicked on "Expand All" and so there were a LOT of detail, but still no visible scroll bar. There definitely is no arrow at the top or bottom. I have also tried with the Logos program minimized and maximized, but there is no difference.
However, as Bill said, he had a scroll bar, although it was very thin. So I just rolled my cursor over there and the window will move up and down as I move my cursor. However, I have not clicked on anything over there and the scroll bar is not visible to the naked eye! But it will move as I roll my cursor! It is VERY strange.
Do you have this same problem with the Homepage?

I rarely use the Homepage, so I had to go check it out, and sure enough, I do! Same problem!
