Books are Categorized as Multiple "Types" in Commentary Guide

I just noticed that with the Logos 9.1 update the same book now appears under two categories under "Type" in the commentary guide. For example, volumes from The Preacher's Commentary are under "Application" and "Devotional." This occurs with other volumes as well.

Is this a bug in my software or an update in the software? If it is an update, it doesn't seem to me to be very helpful in streamlining what can be a long commentary list. It would make more sense that a particular volume is either one type or another, but not both.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Unfortunately, that would require the cooperation of the author before he started writing. I would hate having to trying to guess where the FaithLife hive mind chose to place something that is clearly both. I hate it even when they choose between competing genealogies.

I completely agree. The way that some commentaries are categorized is not the way that I would (and certainly, and more importantly, not the way the author would!) categorize them. That being said, in my opinion, for the sake simplicity, I do wish that Faithlife would choose a type and stick with it. Again, it helps to at least simplify a list that may contain (for some users) a large amount of commentaries that can be viewed all at once.

Or commentary eras, for commentaries containing commentaries from different eras.
