Add Bible version(s) to verse reference pop-up?
Comments
The pop-up will use your preferred bible, which appears to be a Hebrew bible. If you want to see it in another version, Prioritize another bible or use the GO box and enter the command: set preferred bible to NIV (or any another bible). You won't get multiple translations.

Are you running Logos on Windows or Mac?
I just tried this for the first time (and I use Mac). It worked perfectly, but the user does need to make sure to use the "FN" key in addition to "F7."

My cordless keyboard requires Ctrl-FN-F7 (under Windows 10) and I believe it's keyboard-dependent
Have joy in the Lord!
Not sure which keys you need to press on your keyboard to invoke the same thing (or if another software or OS function grabs it away - e.g. Logos doesn't get the Ctrl-P that would invoke Print/Export, because Techsmith Capture captures it and invokes the screenshot). I tried to emulate your setting with the BHS as preferred bible - just a smaller lexicon and no idea what I'm looking at - and Ctrl-Fn-F7 does it for me:
Have joy in the Lord!
Very strange
I wondered if it might be related to using the multiple resource display option - but it still works for me.
To check Mick's idea about key mapping - do you have Microsoft Word on your computer? If so, what happens if you select a word in a document and then press F7? It should open a thesaurus function.
I use Microsoft Word (Version 2012) for Microsoft 365 Microsoft Office and when I press F7, something called "Editor" starts and checks the spelling and grammar.
I'm on the same software and it works for me. If I am in MSWord it opens the editor; If I am in Verbum, it opens the compare text tool.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
I searched for F7 in Logos Bible Software Help (F1) and found out under the Text Comparison tool that F7 would let me see a quick comparison of a passage from an open Bible.
Since I couldn't get anything more than one verse to pop up when hovering over a verse reference in a lexicon, I began to wonder if I had too many Bible versions selected in the Text Comparison tool. So I chose just five (in this order): BHS SESB 2.0, ASV, NRSV, Logos LXX and Bibelen 2011 (Nynorsk).
I tried pressing F7 when hovering over a verse reference in a lexicon again and nothing happened. But when I pressed F7 while having a Bible version as the active window, I got a pop-up of the verse in the five versions I had selected with the Text Comarison tool. But they were in the order that I had prioritized them in my Library.
So, F7 gives me a comparison of a Bible verse in the five prioritized versions from my Library (not the versions/order I have selected with the Text Comparison tool), but only when the active window is a Bible. I still can't get the lexicon verse-reference-mouse-hovering one-verse pop-up to switch to the five-verse comparison.

Yes - that is how it is designed to work.

And this is very strange!

Verbum 8.17 SR-3 shows inconsistent # of Bibles in F7 pop-up replacement for a lexicon on macOS Big Sur 11.1
Proverbs 22:8a pop-up in lexicon (mouse hovering)
Pressing F7 causes pop-up change to show Two (2) Bibles
Job 33:26 pop-up in lexicon (mouse hovering)
F7 causes pop-up change to show Five (5) Bibles
The Five Bibles are in Prioritized order from Left to Right.
F7 replacement for Es D:5 popup shows Four (4) Bibles:
D-R is not Prioritized: (so search for Greek Esther additions in Prioritized did not find five Bibles having Es D:5 milestone)
