In the Personal Book Builder, what does the Upload command do? I cannot find it documented in the Help document.
If you Upload the personal book, the contents will upload to Logos servers and then download to your other desktop / laptop systems.
If you don’t use the Upload command, only the metadata will sync

If I rebuild the book and upload again, will it replace the older version?
Is it still true that Logos mobile apps do not work with personal books, even when uploaded to the FL cloud?
I believe so but I haven’t tested it so couldn’t be sure
Yes, this is still the case
It will, of course, replace the older version on your computer and it will download the new version to other installations.
