I'd like the ability to turn off the "pericope guessing" that goes on when typing in a reference. As you can see; it really slows things down!
I never used this in V3 and I really don't want to use it in V4 either.
It appears that hitting the enter key does not always over-ride this "search" function.
It seems to me that I need to press enter at least twice to get it to respond [^o)]

Sometimes I like the guessing, but nonetheless at this juncture it is too slow. I'm fairly certain we can expect this to be optimized in the beta future.
TCB,
If the guessing was happeing at light speed and not hindering my search with the spinning-wheel-of-death...then I'm fine with it..
George,
You da man.. [;)]
George, thanks.
Can you please note that the situation is worse from the home page than anywhere else. The GO button and enter key has no effect while the wheel spins around.

I like the feature. Sometimes it helps to get to the right span of verses. Everything in Logos 4 is slow... [:(] so I just hope it couldn't stay this way and have to be optimized eventually. I don't think it is only the pericope guessing. There is so many other things Logos is trying to find at the same time. Well, we will see.
Bohuslav,
On my machine, this is the only thing that hangs and just sits there endlessly.... [:P]
I know it's useful; I'm just asking that it be able to be disabled like in V3.
