    I agree this is confusing, but the diagnosis is different. Looks like you don't get a timeline display if filtered down to only a single book: compare selecting Luke (two books, timeline data) with Luke + Acts (one book, no timeline data). That could be considered a design decision: with only one book, there's nothing to compare to. But maybe it would be better to just show the one datapoint: i'll pass this feedback along.
