KYLE: Bug in Vine's Complete Expository Dictionary

The assignment of Headwords/section headers and the respective sections (resembling entries referred to with e.g. Greek or Hebrew Strongs) is wrong. Typically he section is tagged correctly, but assigned with the header below instead of above, which may lead to wrong search results: e.g. when searching for {Milestone <G123>}

Searching and positioning within the dictionary seems to work fine, though.

Sweet! Let me know if you see any other issues. It's an old resource and the underlying code needs alot of work. I tried to quickly resolve the issue at hand (we were able to fix several hundred) but I may have missed some along the way.
