I created a note in NASB (my preferred Bible) anchored to 1 Sam 7:2 and the anchor icon does appear in other versions, except the ESV!
Any thoughts as to why it is not in the ESV?
None. But perhaps someone in the Logos Notes forum will know.

Are you sure that the "Notes & Highlights (Corresponding)" Visual Filter is set in the ESV?
Or do you have the Notebook containing the note enabled in the ESV?
