Missing Study Guides in The Bible Speaks Today Series

Is it intentional that some of the resources in this series do not have a study guide at the end of the book and some do? This seems odd to me. Is it possible they were accidentally not included from the publisher?

I'm not sure why but it doesn't look like The Message of Exodus has Study Guide material. Its certainly not included in any of our materials. I did a little poking around of online sources and I haven't been able to find any indication that one was every included.
