How do I edit a Reference Range Title (Name) that is already created? For. Ex. If I have a Reference Range name "Ezekiel" and I want to change it to "Book of Ezekiel", how do I do that?

I'm not aware of any mechanism to do that.
You would have to delete* a Saved Range (in Search tool) and then re-create it.
* on hover you will see an X for "Delete". For long ranges, don't give it time to expand and block the "X"
