Adam, could be get an up-to-date list of the Bibles with the cross-reference-footnotes trait set i.e. those that contribution to the lower section of the cross-reference guide? Thanks.
Just as a head-up from my Library and Catalog database:
(1) References for range Gen-Rev in Cross Reference field.
(2) Searched in Footnote field
(3) From JFB - "A Commentary, Critical, Experimental, and Practical: Bible Text"
