I have been trying to download logos on my laptop. I get the following message: "Setup was unable to download a required file." I have tried to contact Microsoft and Windows to no avail. Can anyone help.
Is your laptop an intel machine or ARM?
Verify that the System type on the computer is not "64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor". Windows 10 Home or Professional are able to run x86 applications on ARM-based CPUs, but there is not (and nor will there be) an x86 version of Logos 9. Right-click the icon. Click System. Under Device specifications look for System type The System type should say, "64-bit operating system, x64-based processor". Logos 9 does not currently support "64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor" system types. Currently the only options for those on ARM-based processors with Logos 9 is to use Logos in the web .

I've checked that and all is good.
Thank you Jesus! and Thank you too JT. It was the metered option that was blocking it. Thank you so very much. God bless you!
