Synchronization problems between PC and Ipad

I am suddenly having problems in the sermon mode between my PC and my iPad. Changes are not transferring between the two devices.

Hi Donald - and welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Some questions:

What version of Logos are you running on both platforms?
What operating system version do you have on your PC?
Are other things - such as Notes - synchronising between them?
Is the problem one way or both ways?
Is there a red exclamation mark in the middle of the "sync circle" on your PC? (This will indicate a sync problem on that system)
Can you check in the sermon file you should find at documents.logos.com? This is a copy of your sermon doc held on one of the Logos cloud servers. Do you see changes made on either platform appearing in that document
Can you post logs from your PC in a reply to this thread (use the paperclip icon in the forum editor)? See https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files for details
