I just changed my Faithlife account email address. Do I still need to perform some form of sign out and sign back into the Logos mobile app for the email address change to take place in the mobile app?

There is no sign out procedure other than to delete the app.

As far as I know, there is no sign out procedure for any of the FL mobile apps.
I should state that I am unsure if you actually do need to sign out. The app may function correctly, as is, indefinitely.

If you change your Faithlife email address, there is no need to take further action. Your installed apps will automatically update to the new address, although there might be a delayed reaction before this happens.
You mentioned that you have re-installed the app. There is no harm in doing this, but it is not necessary.
