For the last two days, I cannot open Logos mobile on my iPad. The app opens and seems to be trying to download the Faithlife Study Bible resource. The rotating circles stay up continuously - like it's working but it never loads. All other parts of the app are frozen.
I've tried resetting the app from it's setting page - no change.
I was going to remove the app and reinstall, but there is no option to delete the app when you long press on its icon on the homepage.
Any thoughts?

I have continued trying to figure out what was going on. When I shut off my wifi, the app loads.
I have changed my password recently. I’m not sure that I have logged in to Logos on my iPad since then. How do you update your password on the iPad app?
