Logos 8 Desktop App on WIndows 11 Crashing mid load.

The app won't open as normal, crashing mid loading chime.

I followed the instructions here. Holding control, the app will load but when I attempt any function the app crashes.

I've attached the logs that I produced, following the instructions here.

I also attempted to update. The updater said that I was up to date. However when I open Logos via holding control and then go to "About Logos Bible Software" the circle icon for my version is red not green. (Current version is 8.17.0.0022)

I do not believe I made any substantive changes to my computer (recent app installs, etc.)

Greetings Philip and welcome to the forums.

My advice is that you ditch Logos 8 and head over here and download the latest version from scratch. You shouldn't need to delete anything as the new installation will replace the old one. Once you have that installed come back to us with any other questions. By then the appropriate forum will be the Logos 9 one.
