Factbook Not Functional

Factbook is just hanging; there is nothing downloading and the library is not updating/indexing. This is the second day and support is just saying 'just wait as per the message on fact book'. When I spoke to them yesterday evening I was very hopeful and left Logos open and my mac running overnight but when I came to study this morning still the same issue.
