Logos 10.0.0.0215 Can't move Toolbar

After I upgraded and after watching several videos introducing 10 (including Morris' webinar), they all said that the new default position for the toolbar was on the left but there was an option to put it back on the top. After upgrading, my toolbar is still on top and there is no option for putting it on the left under program settings. Any suggestions?

Double check that you actually bought a Logos/Verbum 10 feature set/base package (rather than a library), that your operating system is new enough to run 10, and that 10.x is indeed the version on your computer, rather than 9.17.

Found the problem. The sales rep zigged when he should have zagged. He told me that I was upgrading my library AND buying the full feature set but he did not actually add the feature set in as we talked about. I called support and they flipped the switch for me. So now I actually have what I paid for. Sweet!
