What is this/missing resource? Changing Natures: Hunter-gatherers, first farmers, and the modern wo

The Mobile Ed Course, BI304: Women in the Biblical World: OT, has as one of its "See Also" texts, Changing Natures: Hunter-gatherers, first farmers, and the modern world. There is a link to it, and it opens a preview of the resource (ID: CHNGNGNTRSMWRLD) with a link to the website; however, the link goes to a 404: Not Found page.

Does anyone know when this was available? It sounds like something that I would have purchased if I saw it, but I don't remember it ever being available. Apparently it was when the course was created.

There seems to be another volume in the NT course, Tarquinia: An Etruscan City, which is also unavailable.

As well as another series called "Classical World Series," with the volumes Women in Classical Athens and Augustan Rome being unavailable.

At least in the case of the OT volume, it was just one citation. There are many missing resources for BI306.

No worries! I want to say that I remember a Pre-Pub of an archaeological collection that had some of these volumes. I'm just not sure.

I am more interested in what I should read to become proficient in the subject matter than whether or not it is in Logos. There are many gaping holes in the Logos offerings. However, I don't think an unavailable resource should be the only reading on a topic.

I think you misunderstood my point. The Mobile Ed courses are designed to point to resources available in Logos for further study, so these resources were picked not necessarily because of expertise or information not available anywhere else, but because they were available at the time of production and offered information that would add to the discussion. Faithlife clearly uses these courses to sell resources, which is why the very the sources so widely, even though some sources contain all of the information necessary for a lesson. Again, these missing resources were available since clicking the links brings up the preview version.

My point is that since the courses are designed to highlight information in available resources, and these resources are no longer available, then maybe that should be brought up in a meeting somewhere.

Whether they are "never available" or "no longer available" my response would be basically the same. The difference being that "no longer available" would mean that some users of the course might have the reference. But for a different course, I did buy a book in hardcopy to have the context of an excerpt.
