When I try to navigate/browse by book, chapter, verse, etc., it does not work.

Please provide a few more details - it is working for me.
It would be helpful if you could provide screenshots (use the paperclip icon in the forum editor) showing your Bible, what you are clicking to navigate and what happens when you do.
Libro is Book. I press forward and this is what I get
Still in chapter 1, verse 7.
Same happens when I select by Book, verse, etc.
I'm using windows 11 Pro 21H2 (22000.1165)
The arrow (>) you're pressing in the lower right corner is advancing you to the next page in the book.
The ones by Libro <v> will advance you to the next or whatever you have selected from that menu.
Hmn ... it seems to work in my L10 on Win10 ...
Setting is set to "book". From Heb 1 then clicking on "next" [down arrow] brings up James. Clicking on "previous" [up arrow] moves book by book in the other direction. You seem to be using the wrong set of arrow buttons, which advance you to a next page in some resources.

These appear - and move backwards or forwards a page - when the resource has the Columns setting in the panel menu set to anything other than None
