Frequent Crashes

I am using the app on two iPads with iPad OS 16.1 There is a tendency for crashes that are much higher than I used to experience on this platform. it could be the OS or maybe L10. It happens daily and recovery is quick because it starts so fast, but I think you might want to look into it. I am going to restart my units to see if that helps but I think there might be some disconnect between the app and the newest OS.

If it continues to happen, try to get details. I do not see this problem. That could indicate it is something specific with your device or that you are doing somthing (or using resoruces) I am not.

Please send us your logs, so that we can look into this further

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. In the body of the email, mention that this is for my attention and describe what you were doing when the crash occurred. Press “Send” to send your report.

My iPad installations are presently behaving properly now. If they start acting ornery again I will send logs. Thank you so much!
